Mandy is a Clinical Psychologist who provides a client-centred approach using evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy.

She has experience working with teenagers and adults across a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotion dysregulation disorders, eating disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and addictions.

Mandy also has expertise in assessment and diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in teenagers and adults and can also provide psychological support for managing ADHD symptoms. Follow this link for more info on ADHD assesments.
